Neptune and Noire as Pikachu

I felt like doing another Neptunia/Pokemon crossover. 
I was working on another one with Espurr. It worked for Plutia and Nep-Nep. But not for everyone else. 
So, I made Nep and Noire into Pikachu's. I might work on Vert and Blanc later.
